Organizational Meeting for Session 56

The IOPDHR-GENEVA-NGO participated on Monday, June 3, 2024, in the Organizational Meeting for Session 56 of the United Nations Human Rights Council, marking a significant milestone in its ongoing commitment to the promotion and protection of human rights on a global scale.

 

This meeting, bringing together representatives of member states, non-governmental organizations, and other stakeholders, aimed to prepare discussions and resolutions to be addressed during the Council's official session.

 

The participation of IOPDHR-GENEVA-NGO in this meeting highlighted several critical issues and proposed concrete solutions. The recommendations put forth by the NGO will be reviewed during Session 56 of the Human Rights Council, with the hope that they will positively influence future resolutions and actions.
